1. Booking & Rates
Outstation packages are calculated based on minimum per-day kilometer allowances (300 km/day for outstation cabs). Interstate toll taxes, parking fees, and state permit charges are extra and paid on actuals.
2. Chauffeur Allowances
Driver Bata is applicable per calendar day as specified during booking confirmation. Night driving allowances apply for travel between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
Free cancellations are available up to 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup time. Modifications to travel itineraries can be coordinated directly with our dispatch desk.
4. Compliance & Safety
All vehicles operate under valid commercial permits, comprehensive insurance coverage, and passenger safety protocols. Smoking and alcohol consumption inside rental vehicles are strictly prohibited.
